Job Description
- Making Outbound Calls
- Ability to provide information clearly And effectively
- Respond and act on existing customer inquiries and complaints in accordance to company’s policy & procedures
- Attending the incoming calls and maintaining customer database
- Responsible for assisting customers
- Regular follow up with customers
- Supporting to the management by generating leads
- Responsible for effective handling customer queries and complaints through E-mail and Phone calls
