The Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT) provides students with a range of housing alternatives. The Nelson Campus contains 42 flats spread across three blocks and is close to the city’s downtown. Students have the option of living alone or residing in a two-, three-, or four-bedroom apartment with others. The utilities are included, and the flats are furnished.
