What is ICCRC?

Appointed by the government of Canada, the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council or ICCRC is a regulatory authority to protect individuals who have utilized services from the Canadian Immigration Consultants or Advisors. According to the law, all immigration consultants/advisors operating in Canada or outside and offering immigration services should be registered with this regulatory and accredited as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

This certification is an assurance of quality because consultants registers with ICCRC are aware of the latest immigration laws and regulations. They also follow strict guidelines and have a code-of-conduct that they need to adhere to strictly. To get this certification, you need to pass a rigorous application process. Consultants who are registered and members of ICCRC are permitted to represent applicants for the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) either in Canada or at any other Canadian immigration office.
