For MIM, is GMAT required in UCD/TCD or only IELTS will be sufficient?

TCD – Trinity College Dublin offers MSc in Management program. To get admission in this, students will need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • An honours degree or equivalent. If degree is not available, students will need to submit their most-recent transcripts. In case the transcripts are not in English, they will need to submit the translated transcripts
  • 2 academic referees
  • Work experience, if any
  • Scores of English proficiency test i.e. IELTS (6.5 grade) and/or TOEFL (88)
  • GMAT score may also be requested in certain cases

For UCD – the University College Dublin, students will only need to provide the scores  of IELTS, PTE, TOEFL along with the Proficiency Certificate, Grade C (i.e. CEFR Level C1 or C2), Advanced Certificate, Grade C (i.e. CEFR Level C1 or C2) and the English Test for Academic and Professional Purposes (ETAPP) – Grade C1 (i.e. CEFR Level C1 or C2). GMAT might not be needed in UCD for MIM.
